We are pleased to welcome Mr. Helmut Staller, who is AViTEQs new sales representative for the south and south-east regions of Germany.

Mr. Staller reinforces our sales department and with the support of the whole team of AViTEQ Vibrationstechnik GmbH we will reach the aims which have been fixed together.

Because of more than 10 years of professional experience in the field of bulk material technology (dosing, weighing, screening), he will advise our customers always eagerly and comprehensively. He is looking forward to all inquiries of our customers.

AViTEQ has made an agreement with company Finde from Shanghai for AViTEQ sales in China. The objective is a professional marketing of the high quality products of AViTEQ inside the main industries of both companies. These are especially the industries for food, chemicals and glasproduction. To the same time, AViTEQ also provides the technical services for our customers in China.

In addition to AViTEQs existing manufacturing options, the situation for sales will continously be optimized.

Beyond that, both want to reach further industries and enlarge their business. Now, we are now having promising conversations and we hope to able to report further news within a short time.

AViTEQ and NAVCO, located in Houston (Texas), signed a long-term cooperation contract concerning sales and services of AViTEQ products for customers in the United States, Canada and Mexico. "We are looking forward to a good cooperation with NAVCO", emphasized Mr. Finger, general manager of AViTEQ Vibrationstechnik GmbH. "As one of the most experienced manufacturer of vibrating feeders, NAVCO has an excellent reputation in the North American industry concerning technology and service. The sales cooperation is one further important step in consistent realization of our total strategy to intensify customer relationships worldwide."

The new 40 Hz series represents an enlargement of the existing 30 Hz and 60 Hz series. Available in 3 different sizes, they can be used for vibration conveyor devices with a working weight from 100 kg up to 720 kg. To the advantages that are already known, the following further additional features characteristic the new 40 Hz series:

• considerably quieter than 60 Hz magnetic vibrators
• higher conveying velocity with the same acceleration, compared with 60 Hz magnetic vibrators
• lighter construction of the trough possible, compared with 60 Hz
• over temperature protection of the magnetic system included
• impact protected by amplitude regulation with oscillation pick-up sensor

The central topic for all AViTEQ employees is the customers complete satisfaction which means to be up to the customers demands. Since AViTEQ was known under AEG label, quality was very important in all day processes. Already at the beginning of ISO 9000, a quality manual was created. We now have commissioned an expert report on our activities on the basis of ISO 9001. The result is a certification equal to: DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.

This is very important for us, because the documentation of quality in all processes for creation of value is not only a qualification to get a high level of customer satisfaction, but also it is basic for certification equal to ATEX directive. By today, AViTEQ is one of only a few that own certifications for all essential drives; not only meant as the known manufacturer explanations. These are:

• Magnetic vibrators: eMVC, eMVD, eMVE
• Unbalanced motors: eUV
• Dosing drives: eKF1, eKF6, eKF12
• Partsconveyors:.eTFH 280, eTFH 400

As the only manufacturer AViTEQ Vibrationstechnik GmbH offers various kinds of design-examined vibration feeder drives for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, certificated accordingly to ATEX-Directive 94/9/EG (small- and parts conveyors, magnetic vibrators and unbalanced motors).

Targeted product information with main focus on feeding offers our exhibition booth no. 2506 in hall 2 at the 24th. Motek in Sinsheim/Germany.

It takes place from 27th. to 30th. of September 2005.

The novelties we show:

• flat reservoir 1000x1000mm, driven by only one magnetvibrator.
• small-conveyor KF24 for working weights up to 45 kgs.

AViTEQ cooperates with STATEC and now sells the since two years in domestic and international markets successful running flip-flop screening machines "staflex" worldwide.

With this innovation AViTEQ increases its competence inside the screening technology and gets a more attractive partner for recycling industry.

This portable unit is designed for testing, installation and service of vibratory feeders to measure speed (cm/sec), acceleration (0,2-150 g), amplitude (0-30 mm) and frequency (6-600 Hz).

The parameters are shown on the illuminated LCD display.

March 2005 was very successful for AViTEQ. Orders of an amount of about one million Euros were gained from China, Australia and France. Especially the production in China is increasing to be very important. AViTEQ was again able to win through against international competitors.

In addition to the achieved success at the trade fairs "Motek" and "Powtech" in Germany, we tied on at the Netherlands trade fair "Industrial Processing" this year.

We are pleased with the keen demand at our stand and, on this way too, we want to say thank you to the customers and visitors for giving us their confidence.

After several years without any activities on the 5th continent, AViTEQ now is back in this market. Because of a co-operation with the market leader SCHENCK Australia (Pty.) Ltd., giving a greater apply to the worldwide technology leadership of propulsion technology is guaranteed.

In January 2003 AViTEQ brings out an new generation of electronical controllers for electromagnetical vibrationfeeders. The new series SC(E)...-2 replaces the SC(E)..-1 series. It is a completly equipped controller manufactured in using latest SMD technology, to run AViTEQ-magnetic vibrators and also vibrators of other manufacturers.

Since many years AViTEQ supplies vibration-feeder-units to the foundry industrie.

Now the following units can also be planned and supplied in France:

• sand flogging vibration grids
• selective conveying channels
• resonance feeder lines
• nodule crushing machines
• gusset coolers

In the course of further strategic development, AViTEQ is expanding their activities in the area of handling technology. Our trade fair booth at the 20th Motek in Sinsheim offers targeted product information, with emphasis on supply and handling technology.

We are presenting, among other things:

• Parts conveyor for the arranged handling of workpieces
• Small conveyor equipment for the supply of mass parts or for the dosing of bulk materials
• Supply and handling equipment for different products.

It is finally finished: AViTEQ has moved! After a planning stage of only six months, the company has moved into its "new home" in Hattersheim-Eddersheim near Frankfurt am Main (description of how to find us you will find under "The Concern / Location").

The move from the former AEG halls in the area Frankfurt Niederrad into their "own four walls" is regarded by AViTEQ, in their more than 60 year-old history, as a special opportunity to offer "up-to-date" workplaces to the employees and to support the impetus toward an excellent relationship with business partners using modern offices and manufacturing space.

Hattersheim offers a middle-sized company environment, which is suitable for AViTEQ, however, also a central location with very good connections to all regions of Europe and the world.
