Smooth production schedules by means of assured transportation of supplies with slider-crank conduits
Sharp-edged or hot waste products frequently result with many industrial production processes, (e.g. metal cuttings, molding sand or stamping waste). These often must be transported over long distances underground before they can be delivered to waste disposal or recycled in the process. The employment of conveyor belts frequently leads to difficulties here, due to high levels of wear and piling up in the ground trenches. The result: High maintenance costs, frequent cleaning of the trenches and thus production interruptions.
Our steering guided flat-construction conduits, with rotating slider crank mechanism, are the optimal solution for these conveying requirements. They guarantee a uniform conveying rate and prevent the piling up of the ground trenches. Rugged metal troughs, which are equipped with additional abrasive-wear plates, or rubber inserts if required, offer long life and guarantee a noiseless transportation of material. The conveying routes, with possible overall lengths of more than 100 m, can also be designed to be dust-proof.
Mining industry, foundry, basic materials
Gravel, sand, coal and many basic materials must cover a long path before they are suitable for further processing. Vibration conveyors are an important part of this path. They drain the excavated sand, screen gravel according to grain sizes, take the load off breakers or mills of fine-grained material or assist in the cleaning of wash water. They are particularly for use in the basic materials industry, where vibration conveyors are characterized by their wear-poor, rugged construction and lifetime duration. Precise screening to grain sizes in the range from 25 µm to 500 mm, high service and temperature resistance, for example in the case of supplying components to the melt furnace in glass production, are also advantages of vibration technology.

Loading an underground "Kiruna Truck" with raw magnesite, grain 0 to 300 mm, sometimes even up to 1,000 mm. The conveying conduit is equipped with a triple magnetic vibrator drive and is capable of unloading up to 1,400 t/h.
